My favorite reading from this week was the High School’s Secret Life. I found that the reading was very relatable to my high school experience.  It was interesting how the writer used the term tribe to describe the different groups of friends. When I reflect back on my high school experience that’s exactly how it was. I went to a vocational school; all the different shops would sit together. I was in Dental Assisting and our shop ever year sat in the exact same table every year. Every shop sat in there own section just like a tribe would. I believe that who you hang out with in a way shapes your identify whether you want it to or not. Who you hang out says a lot about you. Usually you hang out with people with common interests. For example if you hang out with a group of people who parties, people are going to perceive you as partier.
